Otok Reserve
When the bakery closes, Otok becomes one of Hoboken's most distinctive private event spaces. Gather around our table for an intimate dinner for 10 to 12 guests, or celebrate with a cocktail party featuring high-end finger foods for 25 to 40 guests - all beside our nearly 130-year-old coal oven.

Our Story
Otok began with a piece of Hoboken history. When Dom’s Bakery closed after nearly 50 years, we knew its remarkable coal oven deserved to keep burning.
We opened Otok in December 2023, preserving the traditions of this nearly 130-year-old oven while creating something new around it: seasonal pastries, creative coffee drinks, coal-oven favorites and memorable private events.
Otok is where the history of the space meets the bakery we imagined for today—warm, welcoming and always worth stopping by.
