Welcome to

Your neighborhood bakery by day. Your secret dinner spot by night.

Every morning, we fire up our 120-year-old coal oven to bake the kind of bread that makes you pause mid-bite. Come for the croissants and cookies, stay for the focaccia and stuffed breads —and if you’re lucky, come back at night for a steak dinner you’ll talk about for weeks.

About Us

We didn’t plan to open a bakery—but when we heard Dom’s was closing, we felt something pull us in. This little spot on Grand Street had been part of Hoboken for nearly 50 years. That oven—120 years old, coal-fired, and full of history—deserved to keep going. So we said yes.

We opened our doors on December 12, completely unaware it was Frank Sinatra’s birthday. He was one of Dom’s biggest fans, and in some small way, it felt like a sign.

Since then, we’ve kept the old-school Italian breads alive—and added our own spin: pastries, breakfast sandwiches, lunch, and unforgettable steak dinners.

We’re here early, hands covered in flour, doing what we love—and hoping you’ll love it too. Stop by and say hi… you’re always welcome!
